Step 2: Click Domain Locking and make sure it's disabled. |

Click Profile. |

Step 4:
Click Change Ownership - All contact information will be intact so you will still be the owner, you're only changing the username for your profile. |

Step 5:
Enter the new username and password (we require 10 or more characters for password)
> check the box Move all domains associated with this NAC Passport > Click

This will be your new username and password. No need to reset again. |
