Open "Outlook Express Program"
Click "Tools"
Click "Accounts"
Click "Add"
Click "Mail"
Display name - Type "What you want to show when you send email or your name" e.g. Company name
Click "Next"
Type your email address "name@yourdomainname.com
Click "Next"
Incoming mail - Type "yourdomainname.com"
Outgoing mail - Please use your ISP's smtp settings, e.g. Earthlink users are "smtp.earthlink.net"
Account name - Type your user name (you created through your hosting control panel)
Password - Type the password you created under the user name
Click "Finish"
DONE!
If you want to receive this email remotely and keep a copy in your server. Please click "properties"
Click "Advanced" Tab
Please make sure you check the box "Leave a copy of messages on server"
Click "Apply"
DONE!
Now you can receive this email via Palm devices, Cellphones, and other computers. |
